Full job description

We are looking for a hands-on Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations with a strong focus on reconciliation for Q-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto (mandatory) and similar channels.

This role requires deep working knowledge of Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory and prior experience handling high-volume FMCG / food transactions

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries using Zoho Books

• Maintain and manage Zoho Inventory for stock, inward, outward, and adjustments

• Perform end-to-end reconciliation for Q-commerce platforms including:

• Blinkit

• Zepto

• Other quick commerce platforms (if applicable)

• Reconcile sales, payouts, commissions, TDS, discounts, returns, and penalties

• Coordinate with Q-commerce platform finance teams for discrepancies

• Handle GST accounting, reconciliation, and compliance

• Maintain vendor accounts, expense booking, and payment tracking

• Ensure accuracy of AR/AP and monthly closing

• Support audit requirements and documentation

• Work closely with operations and supply chain teams

Mandatory Requirements (Strict)

Candidates must meet all the following:

✔ Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
✔ Hands-on experience with Q-commerce reconciliation (Blinkit, Zepto mandatory)
✔ Strong working experience in Zoho Books
✔ Experience using Zoho Inventory
✔ Experience in FMCG / Food / Consumer Goods industry
✔ Strong Excel skills (reconciliation, reporting, data analysis)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,498.97 - ₹42,169.72 per month

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
